In the Official Letter no.9854/VPCP-KSTT dated November 25, 2020, the Government Office has issued new instructions on integration and provision of services of providing planning information and granting construction permits.
Accordingly, The Government Office proposed the provincial People’s Committees to integrate and provide online public services for granting construction permits with separate houses on the National Public Service Portal, specifically as follows:
Execution process
Department of Construction and District People’s Committees of Hanoi, Quang Ngai, An Giang, Tien Giang, Hau Giang: Complete the above before December 10, 2020.
The remaining provincial People’s Committees and the remaining districts of Hanoi: Complete the above before December 31, 2020.
Thus, before December 31, 2020, all people can apply for a construction permit for separate houses online on the National Public Service Portal.
Connection and integration methods
Localities that have not yet implemented this service at level 4: deployment according to the centralized system of the Ministry of Construction which has been integrated with the National Public Service Portal.
Localities that have implemented this service online at level 4: Completing, standardizing, and integrating with the National Public Service Portal for synchronous and unified deployment.
